Rates are per night and subject to change without warning. All rates are in US dollars for up to 10 guests. Additional guests older than six years of age are $200 per night, per guest. An additional 10% service charge and 13% government tax will be added. Optional a la carte services are available at an additional charge.

Policies
Subject to change at any time and current Anguilla Government COVID-19 protocols Traveler’s or trip insurance is recommended.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment is due by October 1 for December stay dates and 60 days prior to arrival for all other stay dates.
Cancellations: Full refund less 10% administrative fee for cancellations received at least 120 days before arrival date. After 120 days before arrival if the villa is re-rented for the same time period we will return net monies received less 30% administrative fee.
Pandemic-Governmental Travel Restrictions:
You as the Vacationer will be permitted to postpone or, subject to the terms of this clause, to cancel reservation due to a pandemic or other health emergency only if: (a) the government of Anguilla prohibits travel to Anguilla during all or any part of the scheduled Rental Term, or (b) the government of Anguilla issues an order that prohibits the use of the Villa as a vacation rental during all or any part of the scheduled Rental Term (such as, for example, a mandatory closure order applicable to hospitality properties). In either of those two events, Vacationer and Owner will use good faith efforts to reschedule Vacationer’s intended stay at the Villa to a different date when those prohibitions do not apply. If Vacationer and Owner are not able to reschedule the stay, Owner will refund the unused portion of Rental Charges. Funds will be returned less bank fees and will be returned in the same method/provider as received.
Payment by Wire & ACH is preferred but we also accept MasterCard & VISA (fees may apply).
Additional Policies:

- No smoking inside buildings.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- The maximum guest occupancy applies.
