Salt has been harvested in Anguilla for centuries and has played an important role in the economic development of the island. Learn about the nuances of history and science hidden below the surface of Road Bay Pond and how the naturally-occurring salt has been harvested for hundreds – and perhaps thousands – of years. Bring your own freshly harvested salt back to the villa to incorporate in a meal or delicious salt-rimmed margarita!
