Learn new culinary skills from one of our Private Chefs. You will learn how to make classic Caribbean Johnny Cakes, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, and our Santosha signature Blue Skies Cocktail. Grill Master classes are also available where you will learn grilling techniques to cook fresh seafood, meats and vegetables to perfection.
