Rates are per night and subject to change without warning. An additional 10% service charge and 13% government tax will be added. Optional a la carte services are available at an additional charge.
Please note that the 4-Bedroom rate is for the entire main house, which consists of three guestrooms with King beds and a loft guestroom with bunkbeds most suitable for children.

Policies
Policies are subject to change at any time and Traveler’s or trip insurance is recommended.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment is due by October 1 for December stay dates and 60 days prior to arrival for all other stay dates.
Cancellations: Full refund less 10% administrative fee for cancellations received at least 120 days before arrival date. After 120 days before arrival if the villa is re-rented for the same time period we will return net monies received less 30% administrative fee.
Payment by Wire & ACH is preferred but we also accept MasterCard & VISA (fees may apply).
Additional Policies:
- Service animals are allowed.
- No smoking inside buildings.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- The maximum guest occupancy applies.
